In some cases, we charge an hourly rate, and in other cases, we agree to undertake cases on a contingency fee basis, which means that we get paid a percentage of the amount that is ultimately recovered in the case, whether by judgment or settlement. In these cases, no fees are owed to us unless and until money is recovered in the case.
